Since 1984 Masteller and Moler, Inc. mission is to provide high quality civil engineering services to both municipal and private development clients. With every project, we draw on our technical know-how, our experience, and local knowledge to produce exceptional results.
The firm’s owners, Earl H. Masteller, P.E., BCEE, President, Stephen E. Moler, P.E., Executive Vice President/ Secretary and Sean C. Green, P.E. Vice President are all professional engineers registered in Florida. Mr. Masteller served as the City of Sebastian’s first City Engineer from 1982 to 1984. Together, the firm’s owners have over 75 years of engineering experience.
